This course is specifically designed for sales and event professionals within the hospitality and event industry
3 x hour workshops from 10 until 11.30am each day.
On 2nd December, virtual 15 minute one-to-one accountability sessions will be arranged with all attendees. This will ensure improved procedures have been implemented and additional questions are answered.

Meet your hosts
Femke has been in the event and hospitality industry since 2002 and has set up MICE cluster offices, worked to implement new yield management systems and managed large reactive sales teams. Femke is extremely passionate about the event industry and absolutely loves passing her enthusiasm, experience and conversion ideas onto sales teams!
Kate has hands on experience of proactive and reactive sales along with event organisation and people management. She launched Selling Savvy in 2018 because she is passionate about delivering effective workshops and mentoring that gives teams the opportunity to be empowered to make the right strategic decisions, whilst having strong backing from their management.
