Structure

3 x hour workshops from 10 until 11.30am each day, split up in to 3 market segments. Attendance to all 3 is recommended, but you can join indivudally if there only 1 or 2 markets are relevant to you

On 4th November, virtual 15 minute one-to-one accountability sessions will be arranged with all attendees. This will ensure improved procedures have been implemented and additional questions are answered.

Agents bring a huge amount of business to the event industry. Learn how to build loyal relationships with agents that are lucrative for both sides.

 

Maximise Corporate Relationships

22nd October, 10-11.30am

Valuable relationships with corporate bookers is vital. In this workshop you will learn how to maximise those direct relationships by creating stark raving fans.

 

Nurture Leisure Relationships

23rd October, 10-11.30am

Relationships with leisure guests can be tricky. We will go through the life-time value of a leisure guest and how to nurture that relationship effectively.

Femke Millership

Femke has been in the event and hospitality industry since 2002 and has set up MICE cluster offices, worked to implement new yield management systems and managed large reactive sales teams. Femke is extremely passionate about the event industry and absolutely loves passing her enthusiasm, experience and conversion ideas onto sales teams!

Amanda Baker

Amanda has over 25 years’ experience within the hos- pitality, leisure and tourism industry. She has a proven record of implementing strategies that has increased company’s profitability. Amanda understands that in- dependent businesses have to work a lot harder to win business and stand out from the crowd. She has a passion and clear focus to achieve those new sales.
